By accessing this Site and any pages thereof, you acknowledge your agreement with and your understanding of these terms and conditions . If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not access or use this Site. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Every time you wish to order products, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

This Site is owned and operated by Lensadapter4u (the "Company"), a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. UK law governs this Site and these terms and conditions.

Terms of Sale

www.lensadapter4u.com is a site operated by Lensadapter4u (we, our, us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09463783. Our Value Added Tax number is 240204661.

Availability

All orders are subject to Acceptance & Availability and we reserve the right to decline any order. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and dispatch email.

Payment Methods Accepted

Lensadapter4u accepts payments via PayPal, including MasterCard and Visa payments via PayPal, as well as Bank Transfer. We do not accept credit card payments and do not offer financing of any kind. If you have any questions relating to payments please contact us at info@lensadapter4u.com.

Order Processing

All orders received before midday will be shipped the same day. Any orders received after midday may still be shipped the same day or, at the latest, the day after.

Once an order is received and packaged ready for despatch the order status is marked as 'processed' and the tracking number is uploaded in PayPal and the buyer is notified via PayPal. All items are shipped on a 'signed for' service by Royal Mail. Please ensure you do not delete the email from PayPal which shows the tracking number and carrier and that you track the item from that moment and contact us at info@lensadapter4u.com if you are concerned about the length of time it is taking to be delivered or if there is limited tracking information.

If you require an urgent delivery then please notify us immediately as we will do our best to accommodate although extra charges may apply.

We have locations in Epsom, Surrey and in the City of London and collection is available, however please email us at info@lensadapter4u.com to check availability before ordering.

We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

All pictures are for illustration purposes only.

Note: Lensadapter4u prepays all import duties required to ship the product to the UK. You will never be required to pay any additional taxes or fees to receive your shipment within the UK. The price you see is the only price you pay.

Back Orders

Unlike some other Metabones resellers, Lensadapter4u only lists items for sale if we physically have them in stock. If an item is out of stock we disable the listing until such time that stock is available so we never have any back orders.

Price Protection

Unlike some other Metabones resellers, the price listed is the price you pay. We will never increase the price after an order has been placed and paid for.

Cancellation Policy for Unshipped Orders

Orders can only be cancelled and refunded in full if they are cancelled on the same day the order and payment was made as long as the request is received and approved before 4:30 PM GMT. If an order is cancelled any time after 4:30 PM GMT of the day it was charged, there will be an 8% cancellation fee. No order can be cancelled once a tracking number has been assigned by the shipping department. If you wish to cancel an order you must email info@lensadapter4u.com immediately. Because we ship items quickly we cannot guarantee that the item will not have been shipped.

Shipping Policies

Once your item has been shipped the tracking number will be uploaded in to PayPal and PayPal will send you confirmation that the item has been shipped along with the tracking number. It is the buyers responsibility to track the item. If your item does not arrive, it is the buyers responsibility to contact their 'in country' postal service to enquire as to the location of the item. Lensadapter4u will, of course, help where we can but we are not responsible for the postal service and therefore can do nothing more than the buyer is able to do. If a buyer contacts us to chase a delivery we will advise them of the above. Please ensure you track the item from the moment you are sent the tracking details via PayPal until delivery.

Refused and returned shipments: If you are unable to accept your shipment then please contact your Postal Service to hold the shipment for a future delivery. If an item is returned back to us because the delivery has been failed then the buyer will be contacted and will be responsible for paying for the item in to be re-shipped. Lensadapter4u will not re-ship any returned items until payment has cleared.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If the package arrives and the box appears to be damaged or tampered with in any way, please refuse the package and notify us immediately. Once a package is signed for by the recipient, the buyer is responsible forthwith.

If your shipment is lost or was damaged while in transit, please contact customer service at info@lensadapter4u.com and one of our representatives will submit a damage claim or place a tracer request on the package – whichever option is appropriate. Please be patient while the tracer is in progress as this process usually takes between 3-8 business days. If the package is found during this tracer, it will be delivered to you by the shipping carrier. However, if the package is indeed lost, it will be submitted as a claim with the carrier and a new order will be shipped out to you as soon as we are reimbursed.

Please note: If you sign for a package at the shipping company's hub or office and it is not delivered to the shipping address, the buyers waives all rights to start a claim or chargeback against lensadapter4u. Please inspect the package before signing for it as once signed for any damage or defect reported after signature is not the responsibility of lensadapter4u.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Merchandise

Merchandise can be returned for a refund for a period of 30 days from receipt of your package.

If a return authorisation is received within the statutory 14 day cooling off period the refund is not subject to a restocking fee. However the cost of shipping the merchandise being returned is the responsibility of the customer.

If a return authorisation is received after the statutory 14 business day cooling off period the refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please Note: You may not use goods that you have received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. The right to withdraw exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a shop, not to give you 14 days free use.

Whenever sending something back, we strongly recommend a tracked and signed for delivery service with insurance.

In order to begin the return process, please contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). You can do so by emailing info@lensadapter4u.com and putting RMA in the email title. Please provide a full and detailed reason for the return within the body of the email including your name and address, the date you purchased the item and the site you purchased from i.e. website, eBay, Amazon etc. Keep in mind that the return policy for our merchandise is 30 days from the confirmed recipient of shipment from the carrier. An RMA number will not be issued to any order older than 30 days from the confirmed recipient of shipment.

Orders will not be accepted as a return nor will they be refunded without obtaining an RMA number initially. If the order is returned to us without obtaining an RMA number, the item will be shipped back to the customer, at the customers own expense. You must ensure that the item is returned to lensadapter4u at the address provided with your RMA number in order to receive a refund. The RMA number is to be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Please do not write the RMA number on the manufacturer's product box. If you do write the RMA number on the manufacturer's box, the refund will be void and the item will be shipped back to the customer, at the customers own expense. Lensadapter4u does not pay for the return shipping of any returned items. Please follow these instructions to return your purchase by mail: 1) Contact us at info@lensadapter4u.com to receive your RMA number. 2) Send back the item exactly as you received it, so in the manufacturers box in a padded envelope or similar with all components. 3) Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the padded envelope. 4) Include a note inside the package with your name, address, order number and the reason for return. 5) Ship back to the address sent to you in your RMA confirmation email. A refund will be only be issued of the above is followed.

All returns must be free from any type of damage and in brand new condition. Items and packing must not be marred, mishandled, or tampered with by an unauthorised repair person.

Return Policy for Defective Merchandise

Merchandise can be returned for a refund for a period of 30 days from receipt of your package. After 30 days from confirmed delivery of the item (Day 31), all returns will need to be directed to Metabones and invoked under their standard manufacturers warranty of 1 year. Lensadapter4u will NOT deviate from this.

Please keep all packaging materials for at least 365 days should a product not be fit for use and needs to be submitted for warranty repairs.

We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

When ever sending something back, We strongly recommend insurance and signature required.

Customers must always give lensadapter4u the option to repair or replace a Product with manufacturer’s defects.

If you return the defective product to Lensadapter4u and a full credit is preferred, a refund can be processed in full at original invoice price after receipt and inspection of defect at our laboratory. Any returned products must be in its original manufacturer supplied box with all original supplied accessories and returned products must not display signs of customer imposed damage. When returned, the product will be immediately photographed for company evidence. If any of the terms above are not met than the product is non-returnable for a full refund.

In order to begin the defective return process, please contact our customer service department by to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You must be able to explain in detail with supporting photographs exactly what is defective so that our inspection manager is able to reproduce that exact error when we receive the item back. Please also provide your name and address and the date you purchased the item and the site you purchased from i.e. website, eBay, Amazon etc. Keep in mind that the return policy for our merchandise is 30 days from the confirmed recipient of shipment from the carrier. An RMA number will not be issued to any order older than 30 days from the confirmed recipient of shipment and the client will be advised to contact Metabones directly.

If the merchandise was claimed to be defective and is proven not to be defective by our inspection manager or through the manufacture themselves, the item will either be treated as a standard return and refunded accordingly or the product will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. Additionally, if the claimed defective product turns out to not be defective all associated shipping costs are not refundable either.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are allowed to be returned are only acceptable as long as they are in the original manufacturer supplied box with all original supplied accessories and returned products must not display signs of customer imposed damage. If any of the terms above are not met than the product is non-returnable even if returning for warranty replacement and/or refund. On receipt, the product will be immediately photographed for company evidence and rejected as a return. The item will then be shipped back to the customer, at the customers own expense. If standard manufacturer accessories are missing from the returned manufacturer box, the item will then be shipped back to the customer, at the customers own expense.
